Kelly my dear brother~

Exactly when did Paul say that the two who are definitely "joined" in a physical union--are wedded? Are they suddenly married then, a union only God may inact and no mere man may create "or destroy" with all his layered and confusing laws? How can you think humans have any power to create a union worthy of exeplifying Christ Himself and His bride thru lustful fornication? Paul does not lie, for (of course) the Holy Spirit who inspired all scripture (God breathed it) does not lie~ for God cannot lie. Paul says clearly they are joined, not wedded. This is a union of the flesh, much like that done by Hagar and Abram whose fruit was "a son of the flesh". Polygamy's fruit by the way. One of the scriptures examples of polygamous sin.

Will you treat one word as another, placing your own meaning upon it? Joined in the case of what GOD has joined, let not man put asunder, or separate . . .Matthew 19:6 or Mark 10:9 is a different greek word from joined; harlot and man in 1 Corinthian 6:16. When God joins, He yokes the two together, the greek word is syzeugnymi. This is a permanent marital tie, He has made a yoke and caused the *two* male and female to be united in pulling together, in the same direction, for the same purpose, for the remainder of their lives.

Think for a moment and extend your philosophy to its limits-. Would OUR Father join two together who are child and adult? YUK! This evil happens, what of animals? YUK YUK! YUK! HEY further still, does He join orgy individuals, men women---- whatever? This is the only union instituted by the Heavenly Father besides the church and His chosen people who are all married to Himself. Would you agree these are spiritual unions? Each requires a vow, a heart given in submission to the other. No spiritual union is possible between two without a *VOW GIVEN CONSENSUALLY* brother. For our Lord will not over-ride the will He gave us either. When man joins, he only glues the two togther, really a physical thing, the word in greek is kollaô. It is interesting that the example is one man and one woman/harlot, not multiple women.

God yokes~marries TWO in their spirit who have vowed to be married, man merely glues "in the flesh".

BY the BY glue dries, glue doesn't always last. NOPE, it sounds as temporal as is any marriage made of man, and not created by God.

Jesus is joined in this physical glueing because as the Holy Spirit explains, "he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit" verse 17 *following verse 16*. The body appetite fulfilled in lustful desire here is identified clearly as fornication see verses 12-15 prior and 18 following. Certainly we ought to discern the Word of God in the context He wrote it? Fornication is surely sin, for within the context the Spirit goes on to command men (and women inferred) to flee fornication verse 18. Our Father is commanding us to glorify Him in our bodies and in our spirits, verse 20, by the power of a resurrected life~thru Christ verse 14. "And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by his own power."

Jesus defended God the Fathers original work of uniting two-- Adam and Eve, just as Nancy details for us, when the religious leaders of His time were contending that a woman may be given to brother after brother as each died not giving her children to continue the family line and heritage of the land for Isreal. That was the purpose of the kinsman redeemer, which is unnecessary for any Christian who is promised heaven, forever with God, and a newly created heaven and earth, not a restored land to inherit.

PRAISE the LORD for He creates . . . all things GOOD. Man in his/her sin-nature merely immitates. Just like Satan the biggest immitator.

God is able to reveal all things to us, in His time, for He truly is making all things beautiful in His time. For His truth and mercy have met together in a kiss.

Be merciful oh God, and meet us with Your freeing truth. bonnie
